What we do

Husmus AI helps insurers and lenders offer more people better finance options by providing more accurate risk and preference insight.

Our product is an AI model attached to a finance marketplace. All of our marketplace products have been designed to drive financial inclusion and housing access.

We strive to create a remote workplace culture where everyone feels valued, included, and heard. One important aspect of this is continuing to create spaces for diverse life experiences and work histories. If you are a member of a group that is historically under-represented and disadvantaged in tech, business, and society in general, we want to meet you and we encourage you to apply.

About You

You are an engineer who is excited to come in at the ground level of a startup with social impact. You care deeply about the customer experience, and take great pride and ownership in your work.

As a self-starter with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude, you feel excited about being responsible for the entire stack, not just the parts you've worked on.

You have strong communication skills, able to convey technical messages to a non-technical audience in a clear, easy-to-understand, unambiguous, and convincing manner

Although you have proven experience in product development and coding you understand the importance of keeping up knowledge of technological trends

You think strategically and have great problem solving capabilities.

You are comfortable working on a distributed team and understand the value of strong written communication in such an environment. You also feel responsible for the entire stack, not just the parts you've worked on.

You are able to have significant overlap in working hours with the rest of the team. Other team members are currently in UTC+1.
